so -

i have a rusty's steering and trackbar and 5.5-6 inches up front. 33's. rough country stablilizer (1 yr. old)

ok, stuff that i have done:
1. alignment
2. tire balance
3. tracking
4. moved the stabilizer from the draglink to the tierod

it won't start at a speed, it will start if i hit a bump just right... and when i do, it shakes the car like crazy and the tires squeal and i have to break hard and stop for it to stop.

why? WHHHYYY???

Could check the track bar bushing and mount for wallowed holes. Also check the control arm bushings as I have heard these can cause it also.

yeah i have non-adjustable rough country lower control arms and stock top ones.

all the bolts on the CA's feel tight, and i'm getting rock krawler 3 arm kit after xmas...

the trackbar lower bolt might be wollowed out about 1/2 a mm... would that make it shake that bad?

Its possible. Any litte bit of slack could give it just enough movement to start bouncing side to side.

i hate trackbars.

is there anything else i could do? would a pitman arm do anything?

I haven't ever heard of it but anything is possible. Can you weld? You could halfway fill the hole and re-drill it to the correct size.
